That's quite odd, as JALPAK pointed out, since X is super discount and D is mid-tier business class.
But just looking at your profile, you seem to be spreading yourself pretty thin on OneWorld frequent flyer programs. There's little to no advantage to crediting this to JL's Mileage Bank unless you have a lot of miles in it already or are going for status. Credit to one of your other OneWorld programs where you can build up some meaningful miles and get a good reward ticket out of it. Also JL miles have a hard 3 year expiration, so unless you earn A LOT more of them in the future they'll easily expire before you get a chance to use them.
Don't mean to assume that's not what your plan was already, but when you mention the earnings shown on JL's website, that only applies if you credit it to JL's Mileage Bank.
