On messed up 895 yesterday MXP-YUL. Concierge with truly poor grasp of program said “would you consider travelling tomorrow”. HUCA & res agents said same thing despite booked in Full Latitude.
Called again & found concierge willing to re-book me but NOT on another carrier despite 4 hour delay, with only solution offered overnight in YUL to cnx next day to Western Canada. This is despite multiple other routings available.

What were you expecting/wanting them to do? Did you present that/those options and were rejected?
What does "Full Latitude" even mean (as opposed to "Partial Latitude?") and how does that impact recovery from a delay if any?
