3 roundtrips in CE from/to Gatwick in the last 4 weeks. I don't think it's as much unpleasant as that it *feels like another airline*.

On this forum,we know it technically is,but I doubt Josephine Public does, and BA definitely made the promise that service, etc , would be identical.

The service is not as good, the meals are scarcer/ less well catered, the drinks round is sometimes ended very early, and the retreat of crew behind the curtain is quicker and more final. So if this is bad luck on my part,fine,but it feels like a combo of new crew, poorer Ts and Cs for them, *and* cost-cuttting of the on-board product.
