I submitted a missing mileage form with all the info (my ff#s, ticket.#s, etc.) and got a rather strange email from “VAPartner points” saying they need much more documentation including my entire e-ticket pdf and PDFs of all boarding passes (side question: why not just ask for this with the form if it’s needed). They also state they need to check with the partner airline in order to get permission to credit the miles.

i submitted the extensive documentation via email and got an auto response saying it will be 30 days before they will get back to me.

anyways, the mileage accrual on VS looked attractive but this is probably the most difficult crediting process I’ve ever run into..
