I didn't have time to answer every question before.

in 2022 CET closed the loophole and took back Diamond status from those who in previous years matched to Wyndham Diamond from another hotel status ( Hilton, etc ) but a few weeks later gave everyone back CET Diamond.

CET also said going forward you had to have earned Wyndham Diamond to match and said the Wyndham Business card which provides Diamond status was earned status but it seems from reports in 2023 they matched everyone who had Wyndham Diamond regardless of how it was obtained

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, sounds like who has more casinos MGM or CET and I'm not sure.

No, CET does not provide any points or nights to your Wyndham account for stays at CET.

All the Wyndham/CET partnership provides is.......

1. Matching Diamond Status

2. Transfer points to and from CET

3. Book CET hotels on Wyndham Website using Wyndham points although at least in my case it's better value to transfer the Wyndham points to CET and pay i reward credits.
