You can go in your Choice account and initiate a transfer. At that time the system would tell you you need to "register" the transfer party first. You can then go thru the process which actually would redirect you to Radisson website to log in, in order to prove your credentials. Once that is successfully performed, the system would give you the Green take, showing your Radisson account now is linked to the Choice account. At that point you can leave it as it is, i.e. do not go thru the transfer - with the hope that your Radisson account is now successfully linked to your existing Choice account, and the balance/status will eventually find their new home.
