I REALLY wanted to like Condor as an option, but flight route cancellations and random assignment without apparent option to a new flight (2 days earlier with the cascading issues of all the other arrangements that need to be adjusted), we are a going to pass.

We had booked flex tickets and cancel/refund was handled promptly.
