If I were short on points, I would happily take the Hyatt Regency Tokyo over the Andaz Toranomon Hills and pocket the difference. Andaz is obviously the better hotel, but Hyatt Regency Tokyo is good enough when on a budget IMO.

Re Hyatt Regency Waikiki, I have not stayed there myself but would only consider it if you have to be in Waikiki instead of elsewhere in Hawaii.
