Is there any way to check when the codeshare BA4933/AA2492 actually started?
Just an update on this. After calling BA and explaining the situation I was told that this would be rectified. Two days later, my account was updated with the AA2492 flight shown as 'Flight Reversal' with the relevant Avios and Tier Points removed, and then a new flight added, BA 4933 with the relevant Avios and Tier Points added to my account. I received and email saying that the problem had now been resolved, so replied to say that the bonus TPs were still missing, and this morning received an email saying that the missing 40 TPs had been added manually to my account, and when I checked they were indeed there. Now I've just got to wait for them to add the 40 TPs to my wifes account, and then it will all be sorted.
Thanks for the help on here, it's acutally not been too difficult to get the TPs credited
