No, definitely not unless you're handicapped and have requested it as part of that.
JL F service is really mostly on the plane, the ground service is nothing special at all, even the F / OWE lounges. They were somewhat better pre-COVID but not even remotely close to the QR Al Mourjan (business) lounges for example. Come to think of it though I've flown a fair few number of F flights pre-COVID and the only one that stands out to me for actual ground service was OZ in ICN (though their F lounge is just as abysmal as JLs). Sure LH is fun getting driven to the plane in a car but the day I did the LH FCT, there were a lot of F pax on my flight so they took us in a Mercedes van, not exactly the experience you hear about with the various Porsche models when it's not as busy, having said that the FCT lounge was exceptional and still the best I've personally been to anywhere.
My most recent JL F experience actually was the worst of any I can think of, and that's because of badly blundered ground experiences. I actually was traveling handicapped with a broken leg that was locked in extension. CDG-HND... a lot of what happened at CDG wasn't JL's fault directly because it's all handled by a 3rd party contractor. First when I was dropped off by the hotel shuttle, the intercom system to call for the special assistance service was broken. The only way I could get into the terminal was to use a luggage cart as a walker, then the special assistance booth couldn't find my name, despite JL assuring me that I was covered, then the JL staff had to push my wheel chair back to the "special assistance lounge" after check in because the CDG staff hadn't come back to get me. Was pretty awful and again, not all JL's control but they could have done a bit better for a handicapped F pax they knew was coming. Arrival in HND wasn't any better, they were ready for me, but didn't have a single wheelchair with a leg lift extension on it, instead I got to sit luxuriously on a flat piece of wood to keep my leg straight (which worked in principle but was floppy and really difficult when you need to get up and down from the chair. Pretty pathetic, but that's not really JLs fault either, that's Haneda airport authority for not anticipating various needs of handicapped people. Didn't help that they sent a quite petite Japanese female to push the wheelchair and she kept complaining that my backpack was heavy... I don't know who arranged that but pretty sure she was actual JL staff, that could have been much better handled too, she was too small to be pushing wheelchairs around for most passengers. This was an absolutely maddening experience and thankfully I was only temporarily handicapped. I think the only way to make it sane if that's permanent in your life is to travel with your own electric wheelchair. I also had a separate transit in DOH on QR before Paris with the same broken leg and they handled it phenomenally, DOH is actually well prepared for handicapped passengers, but the arrival in Paris was also nearly as bad as the departure on JL, I actually think my wheelchair driver that night was trying to re-break my leg.
So yeah, JL F is generally pretty good in the air, but expect very little on the ground. (And no that's not my only time in JL F, the ground experience wasn't anything special other times either.)
