Thanks to the OP for the heads up. I cancelled our booking for the end of the month as my partner is immune compromised. We had chosen the location for an upcoming appointment. I had booked on a Chase anniversary night. There are no available hotels in the area and IHG refused to extend my certificate despite confirming the problem. Disappointed to say the least.
