Then explain BA EuroFlyer where 10 A320s and more than half the mainline A321 CEO fleet isn't flown by mainline anymore.
As that gets bigger you know where it's headed surely.

Pilots could initially be seconded over on existing ts&cs and the cabin crew could be screwed over once more and given the new contract. Once that was bedded in they'd come for the pilot group at the next crisis. I've been flying with BA LGW since 1993, it's worth knowing just how often BA have done this sort of thing. There's also nothing to stop them crewing any expansion of long haul LGW with EuroFlyer and over time phasing mainline out the door. The only thing that would stop them would be industrial action.
BTW I am not saying they should do this, far from it, I just know how they operate.
