A cursory web search returns a bunch of results from law firms, so I guess those people that have gotten sick and will get sick have grounds for a lawsuit.

I was looking at some TripAdvisor reviews and saw that a few people report some rooms being told and others not. I did track down a tiny hidden sign by the elevators regarding the issue (attached) but it does seem like the hotel is downplaying it and trying to hide it from guests. I guess they are mandated to let guests know about it but they are doing their best to hide it. Again, I'm surprised the Department of Health allows them to stay open. Would also think the hotel would provide bottled water foe drinking and brushing tea etc. But that's not the case.
