Probably worth - in order - a refresh (swipe down on the app account page), a close/re-open or even a log out and back in again - with the caveat that BA's flakey IT sometimes struggles to log people in, so I don't log out unnecessarily. Also check what ba.com reports, again after a log out/in.
It is
possible that BA have extended your Silver, they do seem to extend people who fail to meet the targets sometimes, but under a completely opaque process as far as I can tell (for fairly obvious reasons)
As a July TP year end, I've just got the email myself (tho I did reach the target) an hour or so ago and I had to refresh, then exit and re-enter the app to get the update to appear.
