2-4-1 flight cancelled, any chance of an extension

I am sure the answer is no, but thought it is worth a check?

I have a 2-4-1 Amex reward flight for October 2023 which BA have cancelled the outbound. What are the chances, as the airline has cancelled the flight, they will allow me to rebook for January 2024 (the voucher has an original expiry December 2023).
