Currently you could be on AF272/NH889 with a morning connection of 2h45
or AF274/NH879 with an evening connection of 3h50.
Schedules might be different when you fly.

Let's assume that you are in Y with the first combination and checked bags.
By the time you get off the plane, walk to immigration, clear, it might take you an hour. Your bags should be waiting for you. Then retrieve your bags and walk to the departure area of T3. You need to check in at least one hour before departure.
AF256 has an average delay of 38min..

That makes the transfer possible, if lucky, but iffy. And you will not be protected by NH, so you will lose your NH ticket.

If it were me, I would never risk it.
