Hi! For a flight booked on JAL directly, you will earn LPs (and miles) based on distance and booking class. As long as your booking class appears in this table, you'll earn miles as the distance * the percentages listed under "base miles" and "cabin bonus" ex. international F, A class earn 150% of the distance as LPs and award miles. To calculate the distance I'd recommend Great Circle Mapper.
