The best Tokyo options are Hyatt Regency Tokyo @ 15K/night and Andaz Toranomon Hills @ 25K/night (the Park Hyatt will be closed).

Which would be the best Hyatt to book? The booking would be GoH, so the big advantage there is breakfast. Of course, the award in Honolulu would include a waived destination fee as well. And since I'm limited on points, is the Andaz really worth all those extra points over the Hyatt Regency Tokyo?
Have you max-ed out buying points? (or the person GoH-ing for you?)

Hyatt has its 25% bonus promotion currently ongoing. 1.9 cents per point effective. @ 20K per night --> $380 all-in. That may be a good deal compared to the cash rate in Waikiki.

Of course, if you have alternative points, etc. and would just switch one of the stays to a different chain, then it's just a math problem. The Andaz is great, but I wouldn't necessarily pay 25k per night to be in that part of the city...
