For me, I made a single 4NF reservation in 2023 and cancelled it in 2023 and the 2023 4NF didn't come back. Still says I've used 1 of 2. I think a couple others had similar issues upthread.
I literally spend the whole day on the phone, being transferred back and forth between citi travel and citi rewards customer service. The problem still doesn't resolve.
Suggestion would be appreciated if anyone managed to get this resolved.
