yea it's essentially a 24-hour rule same as SDC + additional flexibility if your travel starts more than 24 hours of intl departure.
that i am not sure. But based on what the agent was reading, I don't think intl-overnight-domestic would work as the exception mentioned "on the next day after midnight".
