Yesterday I booked two one ways for a IAH-WAS round trip. The flights that I wanted all indicated that I could upgrade with my RUCs. No problem booking the outbound. I was able to apply the RUC online. However,
when I went to book the return, I was not offered the opportunity to apply an RUC online. Huh? I wound up having to call the PLT line to get it applied. Not a major deal but a little annoying. Anyone else have a similar
problem trying to apply an RUC online?
