Thanks again. I thought I knew what a married segment was and mentioned it to the rep, but she said they book RUCs point A to point B only with one certificate and I would need one for each segment. I knew that was incorrect so called back but got a similar answer that they look up each segment separately. I asked to be transferred to area that does the reticketing (when I use GUCs) and she told me I would get same answer from them. You have confirmed what I thought I knew, but I am always learning from this group! I will try again tomorrow during daytime hours. I did ask them to escalate the issue that their system isn't matching the website, but not sure she understood what I was asking. Thanks for your help!
