Should I be searching the segments separately on a regular basis?
OK, then your problem is the opposite of what I stated. The upgrade space is only there if it’s married. Delta has always allowed upgrade space to be pulled point the point. But there’s nothing precluding them from selling it as a married combined trip in your case. Most agents default to doing it the point to point method. You need to call back and tell them to sell the space as married space and I bet you they’re able to confirm the segments. This is a good data point. It likely means that, the new functionality to apply certificates online at checkout pulls the upgrade inventory point point as well. Does that make sense? Do you understand what married segments are?
