Long-time reader, first post. I booked a RT ticket from MSP to UIO (stop in ATL) tonight and clicked to apply RUC both ways. Delta.com shows First available with Upgrade Certificate, when clicking the hyperlink, it shows first available on both segments. The RUC processed and confirmed one segment each way but waitlisted the other segment. I assumed the availability was taken by the time I went through the booking process; however, it still shows available now. I called twice and both agents said one segment shows available and the other is not. They can't see what I see on Delta.com. They both mentioned system upgrades over the past week. Is it worth continuing to call? Anyone else had problems with this?
