Which would be the best Hyatt to book? The booking would be GoH, so the big advantage there is breakfast. Of course, the award in Honolulu would include a waived destination fee as well. And since I'm limited on points, is the Andaz really worth all those extra points over the Hyatt Regency Tokyo?

Andaz is definitely worth the extra points over the HR. Pretty much everything about the Andaz is better than the HR. The HR is a barely functioning shell of a hotel.
