Citi actually hasn't been too bad lately - better than they used to be. Of course, the only times I've had to talk to them was when my card got hacked and I had to get it replaced - which seems to be an every 4-6 month thing with them. (My other two main cards have had the same numbers for 20+ years without ever being hacked... go figure)
Luckily, this last time I was able to do it 100% through the app without talking to anyone.
