It it actually possible to use the KLM Crown Lounge when traveling on SAS or any other *A Airline. Just give them your FB Platinum card and your mobile BP. They don't seem to bother if it's not Skyteam/KLM. Worked for me all the time back when I lived in Rotterdam and used Schiphol as my home base.
That may have worked in the past (I'm slightly surprised that it would have), but it wouldn't work now. They scan all boarding passes on entry to the Crown Lounge; and mobile boarding passes these days allow the operating airline to be quickly identified with just a glance, at least to someone working in the industry!
