I visited the lounge yesterday, and will visit again tomorrow due to a VDB and flight cancellation. Here is my stream-of-consciousness mini-review.

The decor and runway views are A+.

They seem to have more staff than they know what to do with. I was worried since The Lounge in Terminal C is also operated by Airport Dimensions and seems to operate with a staff of 3 people most days, but I would guess the Sapphire Lounge has a staff of at least 15. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and pleasant.

The La Puerta Mezcal margarita and the Weissbier were both pretty good. I enjoyed the Shrimp Risotto and chowdah but wished both could be hotter (soup tureens exist for a reason, perhaps move the chowder to the on-demand menu).

I did not get a bag tag for being a CSR cardholder – if they are less busy tomorrow I will ask. I also intend to find out if Priority Pass Davios is a better meal stop than the CSR lounge.
