Unhappy "Premium Voucher" In place of lounge
Hi all! I'm flying Etihad in J in a week from JFK - BKK when checking Etihads website for lounge availability in JFK it says "
  • Lounge service is currently unavailable in JFK.
  • Please see our JFK ground staff for Premium Voucher as an alternative from check-in counters "
How is it possible that they cant secure an alternative lounge when they're marketing a premium flight from a premium market. What exactly is a premium voucher? Sounds like an apple bees gift card to me... Anyone have any experience with this? (side note I picked the worst possible time to cancel my platinum card)
