CONDOR carry-on and personal item
Does Condor on its transatlantic flights allow a personal item in addition to a carry-on bag?
I see in my reservation Toronto to Frankfurt to Bucharest that I am allowed free of charge a carry-on up to 8 kg and a checked bag up to 23 Kg, but there is no mention about taking a personal item in the cabin.
