You get 4 vouchers each year, you get the first 4 the day you make Concierge and then 4 on each subsequent renewal date. They expire at the end of your membership year so it is possible to have 8 active at once depending on dates.
All 4 must be used in the membership year, but the flight may be at any time in the future (max is ~330 days out)
