We currently have 7J/K booked on the 789 to/from MLE but read on here over the weekend that these may be taken for crew rest. (Although the post above suggests 6K!)

Is the crew rest always the same, and/or blocked straight away?

We could proactively move to another window pair I guess, but don't want a late forced change to middle seats.
