I've been parking there once or twice a month since it opened with no issues. It's very well lit - better even than the CTA structures, and I haven't seen anything that looks like homeless are taking up residence in the lot. Even the restrooms are generally clean and well maintained. I haven't seen any patrols, other than Daleks, but presumably the various cameras are monitored.
