I have booked a flight from Canada to India at the end of this month. I will be departing from Canada on July 28 via British Airways and landing in Delhi on July 29.I have a flight booked on the same ticket with Vistara on August 2nd that will take me to Chennai from Delhi. This was don automatically by BA as I booked through their site. We are allowed the following on BA

- 2 check in baggage per person weighing 23 kg (4 in total)- 1 carry on baggage (2 in total)- 1 handbag/laptop bag (2 in total) Will this be allowed on the flight from Delhi to Chennai since the flights are days apart.

On the information from BA site it says 2x23kg allowed per passenger and to contact Vistara for hang luggage information.


But since the flights are few days apart, I want to make sure 2x23kg is allowed. Vistara's site says 15kg per passenger.


Also, will we have to pick up the luggage and check them in again?


I have sent emails to the airlines and waiting for a reply. Just wanted to ask here as well.
