Accommodations on Level 4 were only added during the renovation [there was only the pool and a function are before]. There are only three suites on that level today: Sydney Suite (with a connecting room) and two Rooftop Suites.

Cove Suites today are on levels 1, 2, 3. Quay Suite is on 1 and 3 and the Harbour Suite on 2. The Opera Suite on L3 used to be the top suite prior to their renovation.
