Can someone please help me? Trying to find an old itinerary that changed due to a misconnect.

I looked under Manage Trips / Check-in. States "You do not have any current reservations."

Tried Find your trip using PNR and Ticket Number. States "Unable to find your trip. We are unable to retrieve your reservation with the information provided. Please verify your information and re-submit."

Tried the Receipts Site. Was able to pull up the original itinerary but it doesn't show the final itinerary. Ditto for the Refunds Site.

Oddly enough the only place that shows I was every rebooked is my LP accrual since the segment posted as Y instead of N.

I have tried on chrome and safari browsers. Is my simple request impossible? How do you guys get your "final" itins? I am always able to pull up old itins on UA.com without PNR/Ticket and have made a habit of doing so for years. But a cursory check of DL.com indicates you can't do it, even with both pieces of info. What gives? And yes, I have spent hours and hours trying to figure this out. And I did email CS. Please help!
