It's almost comical how optimized it is for Chinese citizens, and how hard it is for everyone else. They really don't want (and probably don't need) our business.
Think about it from an ROI perspective. Software (and process) development is expensive. Devoting excessive resources to functions that cater to 1 in 10,000 doesn't make sense.
