Yes. Your wife (and ideally you too) should go to the manned counter and they manually scan your (wife's) boarding pass as automated gates will reject her based on the fact that she (alone) doesn't qualify for fast track but as a guest she does.

The class of travel does not matter when you have status. I haven't flown club in years and use fast track every time.
