I've done both a couple of times, and purely from the food and wine point of view, I'd choose Air France, hands-down. Where else are you going to get warm baguettes, a cheese course and foie gras in the air, along with several very good wine options? I find the customer service on Air France better than Delta, but ymmv on that.
