We will be traveling with 2 in-cabin pets and have booked 2 seats for us, plus the extra seat in the middle so we have more room. We also paid for the premium seating for all 3 seats.

I fully understand the dogs are our personal items and we are also allowed 1 carryon each, such as a rollaboard.

BUT - we actually may need to have another personal item and only 1 carryon. Does the extra seat also get the allowances? We will NOT be taking much on board, but we are moving, and there are things we need to have on our persons we can't risk having to put them with checked luggage. There is only so much we can physically handle, so I'm talking about smaller personal items, not a whole other suitcase.

Any advice would be appreciated.
