They can pick you up or drop you off at the terminals, and you can go downstairs to the airport MRT. You need to arrive the VIP terminal an hour before your flight (or earlier depending on the airline). If you plan on taking the airport MRT, I'm not sure what particular benefit it would bring other than faster security and immigration.
