Hello. I just recently booked two Main Cabin RT tickets from ORD - GLA through Delta.com, but the flights will be on KLM. When looking at the flights on my Delta app and homepage, I am not given the option to upgrade seat class using either cash or miles. Wondering if it is possible to do so and what steps need to be taken to make it happen. TIA!
