Be aware that JAL F availability for points is *extremely* limited at the moment, due to scalping by mileage brokers and a crackdown by JAL.

Okay, your best bet is one of three things:
i) Book a few days out, as seats appear a couple days ahead, for example CDG-TYO on 12th July.
ii) Book far in advance from U.S. points, ORD or DFW tend of have a smattering of F availability.
iii) Book on Qatar F from DOH to BKK and then JAL F from BKK to HND. BKK-HND (and the reverse rotation) is the only route in the world with lots of JAL F availability. This is your best option.

If doing iii) then try to book a multi-carrier reward to save points etc. Be warned, I haven't seen more than 1 F seat released for points per flight for JAL for quite some time. Hopefully I am wrong and you quickly find some, but they are being extremely restrictive of redemptions, and having most TPAC availability redeemed instantly by bots anyway, due to the current mileage broking crisis.

seats.aero seem to have restricted search beyond 60 days for BKK-HND, which is annoying, I will see if I can get that reversed by asking very politely. Using the AA search engine set for direct flights BKK-HND should be reliable, put it into calendar mode for greatest ease. Good luck!
