I'm wondering if there is any tool out there (similar to Seat Spy for example) which monitors the availability of award seats released by partner airlines through BA?

I'm trying to book JAL F tickets from London to Tokyo using Avios, but JAL's release pattern is highly erratic so such a tool would be extremely helpful. It doesn't help to be able to check availability through JAL directly as they don't make the same seats available through BA as they do through their own frequent flyer program.
