Depends on what you're into. It is fairly central for the Kulturforum, which is very significant culturally (second perhaps only to the Museum Island). It is also close to Schloss Charlottenburg, the Tiergarten park, the Siegessale, and reasonably close to Schloss Bellevue, Brandenburger Tor etc.
Admittedly, the GH is more central (close to the aforementioned sights as well as those a little further east), but is in the most boring neighborhood. The area has been planned post reunification with commerce in mind (and based on some assumptions about the future city center which turned out to be wrong). The GH has great centrality and connectivity, but there's northing unique to be seen in the neighborhood.
In contrast, the Lindner is just a few blocks from Savignyplatz so actuality some real Berlin.
