This could be related to a Dividend Miles account that was converted to AAdvantage after the merger. I got this email, at a different email address than the one I usually use for AA. The FF number in the email was partly X’d out but the numbers that were there were different from the AAdvantage account that I use. I found an old note on my computer that listed that number and said “Dividend Miles” so I know I had it at one time, although I don’t recall ever using it.
