I have put some spend on some of my cobranded cards in recent years when a 5X mybonus promo encouraged it. But yeah, otherwise these cards don’t see much action for me.

We received IHG 5x but nothing else in the past. This go round there are again IHG 5x on all personal IHG cards and for the first time, Bonvoy personal card as well. They all have $1500 max on the current quarter, the same set up as for the Freedom quarterly thing. It seems putting the spend on Bonvoy makes more sense due to you often have opportunities to buy IHG pts at 0.005, but never see such for Bonvoy. Though in actual usage, IHG pts in Europe could be more useful than Bonvoy in some cities and with the HIX and Staybridge brands.
