So I had 3 bookings in my account plus one under my wife's account, at different hotels, for stays later this month, all change to a "cancelled" status on my ALL account on Friday. When I call up the booking on the Fairmont site using the Fairmont confirmation number, the booking is fine. I e-mailed the hotels this morning to ask if everything was OK with my bookings. They all replied promptly that there is a known glitch on the Accor website and the app, but that my bookings are indeed intact and not cancelled. Just a bit unnerving to see that in your account shortly before you're due to check-in.

I’ve had the same issue this week. Checking into the Fairmont San Francisco tonight using SNU and I also freaked out thinking that they had cancelled my booking but called the hotel and they confirmed it’s all fine on their end.
My Sofitel LA booking was also cancelled during my stay - still waiting on points to be posted so wondering if they will.
also had issues there using points to pay - would only let me use 2,000 - hotel said they know I could use more but their system wouldn’t let me and customer service that they rang wouldn’t answer. Hoping I can use points at the Fairmont.
