Decided to stay here and have to say this might be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at with going base rates of less than $95/night. Got two connecting rooms and was upgraded to executive lounge access as a Gold. We used it both nights for drinks and the view (food isn't very good as others have mentioned). It has beautiful pool facilities and a brand new gym with one of the better free weight provisions of the gyms I've stayed at in my time in Japan. Breakfast was great and concierge was helpful assisting with Carps baseball tickets the evening we arrived.
