So I had 3 bookings in my account plus one under my wife's account, at different hotels, for stays later this month, all change to a "cancelled" status on my ALL account on Friday. When I call up the booking on the Fairmont site using the Fairmont confirmation number, the booking is fine. I e-mailed the hotels this morning to ask if everything was OK with my bookings. They all replied promptly that there is a known glitch on the Accor website and the app, but that my bookings are indeed intact and not cancelled. Just a bit unnerving to see that in your account shortly before you're due to check-in.
Accor IT strikes again!
I might have first thought that perhaps someone at the hotel made a mistake when making notes in my reservation, but when I saw that it impacted multiple bookings at different properties, I was fairly certain it was just another Accor IT issue causing problems.
I have a number of other bookings that still look OK on the ALL site, so perhaps it's just a matter of time before those ones get 'cancelled' too.
